Shipping & Returns
Deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and return the goods to your regional depot , from where you will be responsible for arranging collection or possible redelivery. The Wallpaper Mural Company Scotland Ltd operate this policy to provide formal proof with respect to goods being despatched and safely received. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified at the time the order is placed. You must ensure that the correct address is specified in PayPal when you pay as items will be sent to this address to ensure we, the sellers are fully covered by PayPal terms and conditions. Should a redelivery attempt fail on a second occasion, the goods will be returned to The Wallpaper Mural Company Scotland Ltd. A re-delivery fee of £5.00 will be required in order for us to arrange postage.
Standard delivery charge for most areas of mainland UK is £2.50 per order. Standard delivery time is approx 1 - 7 days. Should we be unable to honour the standard delivery arrangements then customers will be informed accordingly. These prices do not include VAT as we are not VAT registered. The delivery arrangements exclude Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands. For these areas please contact us to establish if delivery is possible and if an extra charge would apply. There are different charges for international orders, again, please contact us for prices.Should an item arrive damaged, please retain all packaging as this will be needed in order to gain compensation. All items include insurance for loss / damage whilst in transit.Standard Next day delivery is only available on orders placed Monday - Thursday as next day delivery cannot be guaranteed on a Saturday. Sunday no deliveries.
Should you wish to return your item to The Wallpaper Mural Company Scotland Ltd:-You have the right to cancel an order with us, or any part of an order within 7 days from the day of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or returns of items where the packaging has been removed. Please also note that in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations wall decals are custom made to order to your requirements and cannot be returned / refunded unless there is a spelling error that has occured on our part. We will not refund or provide a free of charge replacement should the customer provide incorrect information.
The procedure for returning an item is:-
Contact us to notify us that you have an item to be returned. Please package the item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery courier service as we can not accept liability for goods lost in transit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered a faulty item to you.
We will issue a refund of the purchase price of the returned item within 3 working days of receiving the item safely back to ourselves, and in the same state as originally despatched to you. The goods must be in a condition suitable for resale.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

WE WILL NOT HOLD sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. For the peace of mind of our customers and to meet our legal obligations all transactions are handled through a secure credit card processing system (Paypal).

The Wallpaper Mural Company Scotland Ltd will handle the information collected from this website in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all other applicable laws.
The information we collect will be used:-
(a) To deal with your order, to provide after-sales service (we may pass your details to another organisation to supply/deliver products or services you have purchased and/or to provide after-sales service);
(b) To meet our legal obligations.
(c) In certain situations we may use your email address to send you information on our other products. In this scenario you will be provided with the option to opt in/out before proceeding with your purchase.
We will not pass your information to third parties. The only exception to this principal is for example the use of a bank by us to carry out credit card processing in a secure environment. We will not pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes

(a) You can request that we update or remove your personal information by emailing email@example.com or by writing a letter to us. Please note that there may be circumstances where we need to maintain some personal data in order to deal with orders or to meet customer service requirements.
(b) You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. An administration charge may apply.
We accept payment by PayPal. Please ensure that your delivery address on PayPal is correct as our system automatically sends to this address. We will not be held responsible if your item is sent to a different address - it is your responsibility to ensure that you update this information correctly with the address you wish the order to be delivered to.
